Twenty-one working days is our standard — that covers production, delivery and installation. Stone worktops add about five days for templating and fitting. The exact date is written into your contract, and 98% of our installs happen on that date.
Everything we produce and do: the 3D project, all furniture and fronts, hardware, worktop, delivery, installation, sealing and a full clean-up. It's one itemized, fixed number — what you sign is what you pay. Appliances are quoted separately at your choice of brand.
Yes — we design cabinets around your exact appliance dimensions, down to ventilation gaps for the fridge and oven. Bring the model numbers to the first meeting and we'll confirm compatibility on the spot.
An engineer visits with a laser measure and 3D scanner and captures walls, corners, pipes, sockets and window heights in about an hour. The visit is free and carries no obligation — you get the scan file either way.
Ten years on all furniture and our installation work, five years on hardware, and the manufacturer warranty on stone. After that, our service team keeps parts for every kitchen we've built since 2009.
Two full design revisions are included before production starts. Once your kitchen enters the workshop, changes are still possible but may shift the lead time — we'll always tell you the consequences before you decide.
